Enquiry & Marketing Notice

When you submit an enquiry or contact message, we collect the form fields you provide, such as your name, business contact details and message or project requirements. We use them to review and respond to your request and manage related business communications.

Today submissions are stored server-side in a JSONL file on the hosting server. Email notifications are not active. Email notification may be activated using the planned email delivery provider, Resend, which is not currently in use.

We retain submissions as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and maintain relevant records. A specific retention schedule has not yet been confirmed.

Marketing

LINERS LTD will send marketing communications only where you have given consent or another lawful basis is confirmed to apply. Every marketing message will include an opt-out method. You may opt out using that method or submit a request through the Privacy Requests page. No marketing messages or marketing tools are currently active.
